Travelraaz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. This page explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Our Commitment
We take copyright seriously. If you believe any content on Travelraaz infringes your copyright, we will act on it promptly. We review every valid DMCA notice and remove or disable access to the infringing content as quickly as possible.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Travelraaz without permission, send us a written notice that includes the following:
Your full name and contact information — including email address and phone number. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. The exact URL on Travelraaz where the infringing content appears. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf. Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your notice to us via our Contact page. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your name and contact details, identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringers
Travelraaz has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Any user or contributor found repeatedly infringing copyright will be permanently banned from the site.
